Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing adjustments are handled for subscriptions and services purchased through CodenPay.

Please review this policy carefully before subscribing. All subscriptions are billed immediately upon signup and are subject to the refund terms outlined below.

Platform & Service Clarification

CodenPay is used solely for billing and subscription management. All services are owned, operated, and fulfilled by CodenVibe IT LLC.

Subscription Refund Policy

Unless explicitly stated in writing:

Monthly Subscriptions

Non-refundable

Yearly Subscriptions

Non-refundable after the billing date

Once a subscription payment has been successfully processed, no refunds are issued for:

  • Unused time or remaining billing period
  • Change of mind
  • Business closure or pause by the customer
  • Misunderstanding of plan scope or inclusions
  • Lack of usage of the subscribed service

Cancellation Policy

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time via the Stripe billing portal or by contacting billing support.
  • Cancellation prevents future billing only.
  • Service access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Partial refunds are not provided for canceled subscriptions.

Exceptions & Billing Errors

Refunds may be issued only at our discretion in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Incorrect billing due to system error
  • Unauthorized transactions verified by Stripe

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method through Stripe.

Plan Scope & Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction related to:

  • Scope limitations clearly stated on pricing pages
  • Work already performed
  • Time spent or resources allocated
  • Third-party service limitations or outages

Customers are responsible for reviewing plan details before subscribing.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in:

  • Immediate service suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Loss of future access to services

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve billing concerns before filing a dispute.

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting.
